YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

Your appointments are very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or over the phone.  If you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of $25 dollars. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

LATE SHOWS

We utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you're 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and you'll be charged  your deposit .  If you are going to be late, please. let us know.

NO SHOWS

Any no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability.

All service sales are non-refundable after 2 days of service.
